I worked for a couple of MNCs as Customer Service Representative including the present one – HSBC Call Center since the last 6 years. In the present assignment, I had the opportunity to learn many aspects and I have gained full confidence to deal with even the toughest customer and make him/her happy customer. I had worked in all the three shifts and managed my own stress normally resulting out of frequent change in shift timings.
