Dialysis Technicians work with patients whose kidneys can no longer function on their own. They operate dialysis machines to clean the patients’ blood of waste, salt and excess water, while keeping other chemicals intact. It is important for Dialysis Technicians to understand the procedures properly and to operate the machines without fault.
A CV is a good way of getting into the field, especially if you have taken the time to go through training courses. You may eventually become a Patient Care Technician or a full time Nurse.
