Hotel night auditors are responsible for the hotel guests’ needs and inquiries during the night. They are the ones guests see first upon entering the lobby of the hotel. Night auditors must know everything about the hotel facilities, bookings and operations to be able to give the guests appropriate answers to queries and immediate actions to concerns and problems. They keep track of all night activities by the guests and turn over all files, data or messages in the morning for the guests and morning employees to access.
