2004 – Present:  Paramedic,  Liverpool Emergency Rescue Service

  • Examine victim’s or patient’s medical and physical patient conditions on the scene to determine first aid treatment requirements
  • Stabilize medical condition with standard life sustaining devices prior to transporting.
  • Administer oral or intravenous drugs, perform endotracheal intubations, operate defibrillators, heart monitors and use a variety of emergency life sustaining and monitoring appliances in the ambulance.
  • Relay pertinent medical condition and initial treatment information to emergency staff in the destination hospital.
  • Ensure all paramedic equipment are in order along with medical supplies



  • Holder of a valid professional driver’s license
  • Excellent command of clinical and medical emergency life saving procedures
  • Excellent written communication skills in English



Saved 300 lives from emergency cases en route to the hospital between 2007 and 2009
