A Restaurant Manager must look after all aspects of restaurant maintenance. The job includes ordering of cuisine- related items (perishables, cutlery, equipment etc.), setting schedules, solving customer and employee problems, enforcing hygiene protocols and so on. Restaurant Managers are expected to have good leadership qualities and quick thinking abilities.
