Sales trainer gives professional training to sales teams in order to achieve organizations targets. They work with various managers and team leads in the sales department to develop training programs for their staff. They also take up induction programs for the newly joined sales employees and give them an overview of the various product and business practices in an organization. The sales trainer develops training modules related to sales, soft skills and interpersonal skills.
