Train Driver CV

Train drivers or locomotive engineers, are responsible for the operation of the train that carry passengers or cargo to various destinations. The most obvious aspect of working on the railway as a train driver is to adapt working in different shifts. Train driver’s roles involve working a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights and some weekends. These are safety critical posts, and applicants will be required to undertake a full driver medical examination and drug screening in order to secure a job.

Train driving does not require any high academic achievement, but you do need to be self-disciplined, comfortable working alone for long periods, able to handle responsibility without being supervised. Train driver’s CV should highlight the above mentioned qualities with proper justification.
