Tutors are teachers who work either for a tutoring group or freelance. Their task is to help out students in different areas of their academics. They give supplementary learning materials, repeat lessons and further explain theories or concepts. They streamline their teaching methods especially to a student’s learning style and capabilities. Tutors also perform assessments to determine if the teaching method has been effective and the student was able to understand the subjects needing improvement in.
